About The International Coastal Cleanup:

The International Coastal Cleanup is an annual cleanup where different communities come together to clean up their beaches. A large part of the cleanup is also in collecting the data about the trash on the beach and sending it to the Ocean Conservancy group to develop solutions and hopefully eliminate ocean trash pollution in the future.
